Bio:
I am a PhD student in Data Science and a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Early Stage Researcher in the NoBIAS training network. I am based in the KDD Lab in Pisa.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of Rostock and master‘s degree in Neural Information Processing from the University of Tübingen/ Max Planck Research School. Besides my scientific research, I have done two internships in the micro-finance industry, working on data analytics.
I want to contribute to a better understanding of machine learning systems. More specifically, I am interested to develop methods that help explaining machine learning systems that are considered black boxes.
