Silvia Corbara
Data Science Ph.D. Student (Cycle 35)
Bio:
Hello, fellow visitor!
After my Bachelor's degree in Italian literature (AlmaMaterStudiorum, Bologna, IT), I got my Master's degree in Digital Humanities at the University of Pisa (IT), while also doing a 9-months period at the King's College of London (UK), thanks to the Erasmus+ program.
Afterward, just before starting the Data Science PhD, I have spent some months at the ISTI department at the Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche in Pisa, a collaboration still ongoing.
Research Interest:
My research focuses on Text Processing and Text Classification, specifically on the problem of Authorship Analysis.
More generally, I'm deeply interested in the field of Natural Language Processing, especially via Machine Learning methods.
